Local MSP, Keith Brown, dropped into Lornshill Academy last week to show his support for Clackmannanshire Council’s Girls Fun Fours Football Festival.
Schools from across Clackmannanshire took part in the event which saw primary 4 and 5 pupils take part and aimed to encourage more girls to become interested in football.
Commenting Keith Brown MSP said: “It was fantastic to see so many pupils enjoying playing football and taking part in the tournament. For many of these young girls, it was their first time playing the game in a competitive environment and it was great to see them get involved."
